this would have been chocolate ice cream

Just for fun on this glorious Monday morning, I thought I’d show you a scene from my Saturday afternoon.

This would be the aftermath of having to throw out my chocolate ice cream base because the custard broke. And I may or may not have lost it. 

Definitely had to go back to the store to get more cream, sugar and eggs.

I made a new base yesterday morning so we’ll see how that all goes tonight.
