announcement, people! announcement!

After not really explaining this “secret project” I’ve been working on for nearly a year, I’m thrilled to announce that next Monday the webseries that I’m starring in will be launching! First of all, I cannot believe that I’m starring in anything or that anyone is letting me do that. Secondly, I’m really excited for you all to see it. We put a lot of work and late(ish) nights into it. There was a lot of line memorizing, and forgetting, and a long hiatus and many, many hours of hilarious outtakes. I’m making my acting debut on the smaller screen. Since the small screen is TV and like, what is the internet? I don’t know.

So, without further ado, I present to you Pinched.

I play Madge, a pickpocket, and well, from there things get a little complicated. From the Facebook page: Madge is a pickpocket. She has very few rules. No friends, no children, no geriatrics. Everyone else is fair game.

Her system serves her well until she unwittingly pinches an old friend, Drew. With the help of her roommate Ruby and new friend Norman, Madge must reconcile common decency and her fast fingers in this webseries from ArtNight Productions written and directed by Lauren Heirigs.

You guys, I acted. Like, for real. It was sort of weird. Mostly because I thought I wouldn’t be any good at it, but Lauren assures me that I am good at it. I’ll let you all be the judge.
