microdermabrasion (on the cheap)

I don’t know about you but I’m not a millionaire (yet), or a hundred-thousand-aire (sort of made that up) for that matter. Therefore, I cannot afford a crap ton of fancy spa treatments or any spa treatments really. Are you picking up on the fact that I don’t have a lot of spare cash?

When you’re broke as a joke you don’t spend money on certain things, like face scrub. Why? Mostly because you forget. Then you see a pin on pinterest and you get a damn good idea on a Sunday.

I bring you, microdermabrasion from your kitchen pantry. Maybe even your fridge, it just depends where you keep it.

What is the miracle product, you ask? Nothing but good old fashioned Arm & Hammer Baking Soda. No shit. Can you believe it? You have a box (or huge box in my case) of it just chilling in your pantry, put it to good use.

Before I concocted this three parts baking soda to one part water mixture I was rather skeptical. But after making a paste and skipping into my bathroom with it to massage it in circles, I was pleasantly surprised.

{three teaspoons baking soda}
baking soda and water
{plus one teaspoon water}

It gives St. Ives a serious run for their money.

My skin looked and felt so much better. Those silly blackheads that came out of nowhere were gone. Hello, amazing pores, we meet again.

You must do this. If you do nothing else this week, do this. Well shower also, hey you can do it in the shower. Two birds, one stone.
