I’m not sure if you know this or not, but I’m the best girlfriend ever. It’s true. Last Sunday night I made two dinners so that when he got back from his trip he could have chili. And this weekend I made ice cream and cookies from scratch. Obviously, I stand to gain nothing from this. It’s just out of the kindness of my heart.
I thought I’d outdo myself and take my chocolate chip cookies into a pizookie. If you’ve been to BJ’s, you know what I’m talking about. If not, think pizza + cookie = pizookie. Clearly pizookies are served with ice cream so I had to make that too.
Do yourself a favor and make this. Because it is amazing. But I had the most ridiculous sugar crash because I haven’t had sugar in like…forever. So proceed with caution.
I baked mine at 375º for 18 minutes. I could see it taking up to 20. Just keep an eye on it!

also, i second alex’s question- what ice cream maker do you use? been meaning to read reviews for one but recommendations are always better!
